FAQ’s

 

How far in advance should I book trials? And where do those take place? 

Totally up to you! We prefer closer to the wedding date or for one of your special events like the bridal shower, engagement photos, or even as close as your rehearsal dinner! We would be happy to travel to you for your convenience, or you are more than welcome to visit our loft studio, Pastel HQ, located in Downtown Syracuse, NY.

In terms of scheduling, how long does it take per person? 

Up to 1 hour per service for guests and up to 2 hours per service for the bride/main characters,  depending on the look. We create a customized beauty morning schedule for you and your guests! 

 

Can the Groom and his men get touch-ups? 

Absolutely! The Refresher Edit is a great way to control shine, sweat, and pesky cowlicks. They should look their best too!

What about Grandma and Flower girl? 

Of course. :)  Let’s just give them about 20 minutes each per service to be scheduled, and we will sneak them in when they are ready.

We do makeup and hair on ANYONE who would like it.  :) 

 

When do I need a solidified head count? 

3 months before the wedding date, a confirmed headcount needs to be communicated in order to ensure coverage and to set a schedule.  However, the headcount that is signed on the contract must remain fulfilled. 

 

How do I know if a second artist is necessary? 

Having a final headcount as soon as possible and working with your photographer or planner on a timeline will help determine this route, but we also require it for a wedding party guest count of (5) or more with our Beauty Team Expansion. 

 

Do you travel? 

We'll do anything for a fee! Ha, joking aside, our travel rate starts at $250.00. Destination wedding? COUNT US IN. 

 

Is there a minimum? Can you accommodate large wedding parties?

Nope! And yup!
