From your first inquiry to your final touch-up, we create a calm, intimate morning where editorial beauty, feminine artistry, and mindful preparation come together with ease.
Once you've decided you'd like Pastel Weddings by your side, we'll create your personalized proposal with your selected services, beauty team, travel, and any additional details your celebration requires. You will receive access to our private wedding resources and planning materials, and our guidance through the details so your beauty morning feels effortless.
01. Welcome Chat! (Virtual Meeting)
Let's get right to it and begin digging into the details. We'll talk through your wedding-day logistics, vendor team, getting-ready plans, and, of course, your vision. Bring your Pinterest boards, screenshots, ideas, and all the little details you're dreaming about. This is where we start putting the pieces together.
02. Skin + Hair Prep Consultation (Virtual Meeting)
We are going to start the canvas from scratch. Our in-house estheticians and master stylists focus on the current state of your skin + hair and the end goals we are hoping to achieve as a team. Personalized skincare regimens, hair treatments, brow + lash services, and extension consultations are available when helpful to your beauty plan.
Thinking hair extensions?! We have experts here to help you! - But please book the required consultation 6 months in advance so there is plenty of time to plan, customize, and perfect your look. We are here to help guide you with your bridal hair inspiration!
03. Beauty Previews
Our beauty previews are crafted through detailed consultations to provide optimal comfort for you and your assigned artists. This is for booked weddings only. We will explore personal style, beauty goals, and scheduling logistics. Each application comes with false lashes of your choice and one style for hair and makeup.
We highly recommend choosing a date that aligns with your engagement photo session or your bridal shower. We love for you to have the opportunity to get the look photographed and to wear it all day to deliver feedback to our team.
04. The Prep Report
This is a full guide exclusively for booked Pastel Weddings to have on hand leading up to the big day. It shares beauty preparation recommendations, timeline guidance, getting-ready tips, and thoughtful reminders designed to help your morning run beautifully and smoothly.
05. Finalize Details
At the 3-month-out mark, we'll reconnect to bring everything into focus.
We'll confirm your final service headcount, arrival and completion times, getting-ready location, and any important logistical details. We'll also begin gathering beauty inspiration from the people receiving services so our team can prepare accordingly. As the wedding approaches, we'll switch communication via group text with your beauty team so the last-minute details and changes stay organized and you can stay relaxed.
06. Wedding Day
For the wedding day, a custom schedule is created on your behalf, working hand-in-hand with your planner and photographer. We believe getting ready should feel like part of the celebration—not something you have to rush through. We don't love early mornings either, so we will do our best to accommodate expedited timelines. We prefer 1-hour time slots for each person per service, with up to 2 hours for the Bride.
